On the farm in Dvori above Sveti Anton, we work hard to preserve a centuries-old tradition. We currently have five heads of cattle and a few goats in our barn. We cultivate four hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are spread over several locations. Due to the unevenness of the terrain, the pieces of land are smaller. We cultivate our vines in a sustainable way, most of them in the form of trellises, also known as “pergolas”. We harvest only by hand, which enables us to produce a higher quality crop. The amount of Refosco and Malvasia wines is evenly split, and we also have some yellow Muscat. One hectare of olive groves is situated on steep southern slopes, into which we carved terraces, which produce authentic and high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Most of our trees are of the Istrian Belica and Leccino variety, some are domestic varieties, and we also have some varieties for pickling. We sell our produce in the wine cellar by prior arrangement.
