Jakomin Viticulture and Olive Growing is a farm with 4 hectares of vineyards and 400 olive trees. In the winter, during the season of pig slaughter, we also produce sausages and other cured pork meat delicacies, mostly for our own needs. In recent years, we have supplemented traditional wine processing with maceration in clay amphorae.
In our cellar we offer Refosco, Shiraz, Malvasia, yellow Muscat, Cipro and Rosé. We have only recently started producing Malvasia and Refosco wines, which we macerate a year in amphorae. We have recently also started offering sparkling Rosé, made from the Refosco variety.
